GUIDELINES FOR THE USE OF OUR GAMES

Purpose

We love when our players and fans create great things and share them with the community. Our goal is to foster an environment where wonderful contributions can be made for the Silt Servizi SRL community without others spoiling it. We understand that some creations will be shared freely and others might be sold. Therefore, we have drafted these guidelines to illustrate acceptable ways to use the name, trademark, and assets of Minevers, MoralMC, BoxPvP, Obsidian, Rewind, Starfish in your projects.

For clarity, when we refer to:

  • Our name, we mean the name of any of our games, slogans, features, events, or corporate identity. This also includes any name that could be confused with ours.
  • Our trademark, we mean any name, logo, font, texture, or other distinctive feature of any part of our names and games.
  • Our assets, we mean code, software, graphics, textures, images, models, sounds, and other audio from any of the games, as well as in-game videos or screenshots.

In short, we hope these guidelines help clarify what is permitted and what is not, encouraging more creation and sharing (while setting limits for those who might overstep).

Intended Audience

These guidelines are aimed at the community of players and enthusiasts of Minevers, MoralMC, BoxPvP, Obsidian, Rewind, Starfish. The permissions granted here do not authorize commercial businesses, corporate brands, advertising agencies, non-profit organizations, politicians, political action committees, or governments to use or exploit our games to promote unrelated products, services, or programs.

Important Legal Agreements

The End User License Agreement (EULA), the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy (the “Policies”) are legal agreements between the licensee and Silt Servizi SRL. It is the licensee’s responsibility to understand and comply with the Policies.

In addition to the Policies, the licensee must also follow these guidelines. These guidelines are not part of the Policies but exist because we believe it is wise to be lenient about how our games are used.

These guidelines may evolve over time. We reserve the right to change them at any time (for example, if we discover someone is taking advantage of our goodwill) and to update this page. It is the licensee’s responsibility to check this page periodically for changes and to ensure that their use of our games aligns with our permissions. Any changes take effect upon the next use of our games, websites, or services.

Key Guidelines

These are the essential guidelines that apply to all uses of our names, trademarks, and assets. While the licensee should read all Policies and guidelines in full, here is a brief summary:

  • They must not imply that their content is official, approved, promoted by, associated with, supported by, or connected to us.
  • They must not behave unlawfully, deceptively, obscenely, harmfully, or violently.
  • They must not do anything that harms or demeans our names, trademarks, or assets (e.g., gambling, pornography, violence, terrorism, or other adult/non-safe content).
  • They must not redistribute our games or any modified game files.
  • They must not use or exploit our creations commercially unless these guidelines permit it.

These guidelines are intended to help the licensee understand our expectations and limitations when using our names, trademarks, and assets in their creations. We trust these guidelines will clarify what activities we approve and which we do not.
